ENSYTE has reached its first critical milestone in the upgrade of our GASTAR Solution. 

ENSYTE has partnered with our longest tenure client to migrate all the robust functionality from the legacy software to the new app, as well as make significant overall improvements to the product.  The joint teams have worked closely to stay ahead of schedule, with the Gas Supply Solution slated for completion in Winter 2025 and the Retail Choice Solution to follow in Spring 2026.

ENSYTE has designed the new app with the latest technology and coding languages to create a modern User Interface with easy navigation, workflows, and responsiveness.  We facilitated feedback sessions with all our clients to incorporate user feedback and suggestions into the design on the new application.  The team is also working to further streamline all the business processes handled in GASTAR so that users can move through the application accurately and efficiently.

A big driver of the upgrade is security, which is of paramount importance to our clients as cyber security continues to become a priority across all areas of the natural gas business.
